1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned within 4 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Opened or used perfumes.
Products without original packaging.
Sale or promotional items (unless defective).
3. Return Process
Contact our customer service team within 4 days of receiving your order.
Our team will provide return instructions and shipping details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we only offer replacements for damaged or incorrect items. For other cases, please follow the return and refund process.
